2.Sun-Dried Grouper Acquapazza Plan

¥3,500 per person (Drinks not included / Bring Your Own Drinks OK)

A Western-style course menu highlighting the master’s own catch. The main dish is Acquapazza, made with premium Grouper that has been sun-dried overnight to concentrate

its rich, melt-in-your-mouth umami.

• Chicken and Vegetable Ajillo

• Sun-Dried Grouper Acquapazza

• Finishing Dish: Pasta (Tossed in the rich Acquapazza broth)

Dining Locations & Group Size

• Guesthouse Residents (Up to 6 guests): Served on the Garden Terrace.

• Beach Hut, Campers & Van-Lifers (2–3 guests): Served in the Food Tent.

 Important Notice Regarding the Food Tent & Weather

• The Food Tent cannot be used in bad weather. In the event of rain or strong winds, guests staying in the beach hut, tents, or vehicles will not be able to dine in the tent.

• In this case, please consider ordering takeout, dining out, or switching your reservation to the Shabu-Shabu Plan, which can be served in any weather.
