We are delighted to offer a special, intimate dinner experience available family-exclusively for guests staying at our guest house.
Tonight’s main highlight is our one-of-a-kind, homemade bisque.
We slow-cook this luxurious soup using a rich broth from fish caught fresh
by the host in the Amakusa sea, combined with flavorful local tiger prawn shells. Every spoonful is packed with a deep, concentrated savory goodness that will warm you from the inside out.
Sit back and relax in our small outdoor dining space while the host prepares your meal over charcoal and a crackling wood fire right before your eyes. Enjoy the warm, cozy atmosphere and a freshly made meal under the stars.
